OneID is a consent-based identity platform. You verify your government-issued identity once; partner hotels can then confirm your identity at check-in with your consent, without handling your physical documents. OneID is a verification and record-keeping agent — we are not a government authority, and we do not issue identity documents.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit, and for keeping access to your phone/number secure.
• You may hold only one OneID per person. Impersonation or use of another person’s identity is prohibited.

Your identity is shared with a hotel only when you consent— by generating a share code, scanning a check-in QR, or accepting a pre-arrival invite. The hotel receives a minimised, attested summary of your identity, never your documents. You can revoke any hotel’s access from your wallet at any time.

You agree not to:

• submit false, forged, or another person’s documents;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
• probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service, or circumvent its security or rate limits;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

Whether a hotel accepts OneID for check-in, and each hotel’s own identity and record-keeping obligations, are the hotel’s responsibility. We do not guarantee that any particular hotel will accept a OneID verification, and hotels remain independent data fiduciaries for the records they retain.

We aim to keep the Service available but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, and third-party services (e.g. DigiLocker, SMS, WhatsApp) may affect availability. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

OneID is free for individual guests. Hotels and integrators use OneID under separate commercial plans described on our website; those plans govern their access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTGS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from a hotel’s decisions, a third-party service, or your provision of inaccurate information. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using OneID and request erasure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Your use of OneID is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
